breakfast of champions! Egg, cheese and tomates on sprouted grain bread
Lunch was a Protein salad with tomatoes, cucumber, shrimp, edamame, mixed baby greens, and goat cheese. mmmmm.
that ( and my moms yummmeers cookies) was my snacky.
after gaining 15 pounds this past year (freshman 15...grr...) and getting not so stellar grades, I'm on a mission to be the best me I can be!
