EASY, BREEZY, HEALTHY?!

Today I'm going to shed light on how easy it is to have great, healthy, and delicious snacks ready to go on busy days. All you have to do is buy some tupperware. When you buy produce, it often goes bad before you have a chance to eat it because when you actually get hungry you grab something pre-packaged and quick. Lets face it, most of us are BUSY. So, here's the plan. Many students like me (grownups too, i suppose) waste tons of time watching videos on youtube, listening to music, or streaming shows on the internet. I suggest everyone bring their laptop into the kitchen. When you have 15 minutes free, use it to wash, cut and store your fruits and veggies for the week AND to watch that funny video everyone has been talking about. That way, you will be able to grab something super-healthy when you leave the house. You won't even be tempted by the candy bars at the pharmacy if you know you have fresh fruits or veggies in your bag. Below are some of my tupperware/ziplock bags:

And here are a few thanksgiving eats:

In other news, I GOT A 98% ON MY PHILOSOPHY FINAL!! BOOOOYA. AND i am planning, over the summer, on getting my peronal trainer certification and well as becoming a certified nutrition and wellness specialist...We'll see what happens but I am confident that by September I well be a certified health freak (except on Sunday nights...wine, cheese, baguette, ice cream...yes please!)

  1. I love the track you're on. Just don't take the certifications so far that you become certifiable. Don't forget to add sliced raw broccoli to your bag of tricks. Nothing better!
